Panama City Beach – On Monday and Tuesday, the Boys and Girls District golf tournaments took place. The boys were in town at the Panama Country Club and the girls traveled to Fort Walton Beach.

The Marlins Boys Golf team placed 3rd as a team and had one individual qualify for the FHSAA Regional Tournament next week. Ethan MacGregor won in a playoff Monday afternoon to shoot a 76 and move on to regionals.

Zayna September competed in the girls district tournament the following day and earned a bid to the FHSAA Regional Tournament with a score of 81.

The FHSAA Regional Tournament will be held in Lake City next Monday (Boys) and Tuesday (Girls). Both of these individuals will look to earn bids the FHSAA State Tournament which will take place at Mission Inn Resort in Orlando November 15th and 16th.
