Gators Set For Home Series Against No. 2 Texas
Due to anticipated unfavorable weather conditions for Sunday, the series will open with a doubleheader starting at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 15.
Game three is still set for Monday, March 17 at 7 p.m.
The first two games of the series will air on SEC Network, while game two will be streamed on SEC Network+.
The Gators (27-2) are looking to continue their hot start to their conference schedule.
Florida picked up a 2-1 series victory at No. 5/4 Texas A&M last weekend in College Station.

NOTABLES:
- The weekend series will be just the second time in program history that Florida has faced Texas in Gainesville. The Gators won their sole match up at home during the 2007 NCAA Regionals, defeating the Longhorns 3-0 in head coach Tim Walton‘s second season at Florida
- Florida is off to its best 29-game start to a season since the 2017 team went 28-1

SUNFLOWER SATURDAY:
- Saturday is Florida’s annual “Yellow Game”, a day when the Gators honor children who are battling cancer and remember those who lost their fights. Yellow represents the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation’s efforts to fund research and eliminate childhood cancer.
- Florida players wear sunflowers in their hair every Saturday in remembrance of Heather Braswell, an honorary member of the club from 2009-14 and a fixture in the team’s dugout

- Saturday: Yellow Sunflower Friendship Bracelets (First 1,000 fans)
- Monday: Stuffed Alligator Beanies (First 500 fans)
TICKETS:
Tickets for Saturday’s originally-scheduled 2 pm game will remain unchanged. Tickets for Sunday’s originally-scheduled 1 pm game can now be used for Saturday’s 2nd game of the doubleheader.
General admission tickets are good for either game. Reserved tickets are only good for the specific game detailed above, but fans with reserved seats can utilize the general admission area for either game.
