Reigning champion Boston is second on the board, shifting to +235 from +230. Currently, the Celtics have the third-best record in the league at 49-19 and have clinched a playoff berth as they look to defend their title.

Rounding out the top three are the Cavaliers, who stayed put at +600.

A team bettors might want to watch is Los Angeles.

Did we get ahead of ourselves with the Los Angeles Lakers hype?

While the Lakers are on a skid, having lost four of their last five, the team’s new super-duo of LeBron James and Luka Dončić has helped L.A. get back into the championship conversation.

“I don’t think we got ahead of ourselves with the Lakers,” co-host Paul Pierce said on “Speak” regarding the team’s recent losses.

“They gave us a good two or three weeks of great basketball. When they’re healthy, they show us what they can be.”

The Lakers — currently fifth in the Western Conference standings — have the fifth-best odds to win it all, moving to +1500 from +1300.
