Search Warrant Leads to Arrest for Possession of Child Pornography

A Holt resident being held at the Okaloosa County Jail is now charged with three counts of possession of child pornography.
An investigation began in April 2024 following a tip from the National Center of Missing and Endangered Children.
A search warrant was executed on the Snapchat account of 23-year old suspect Jarred Pearce. The account was found to include five child pornography videos.
OCSO investigators executed a search warrant November 7th on Pearce’s home in Holt. His cellphone was seized and was found to contain additional pornography involving a child as young as five years old.
