Finnelle and Hahn Take Home Big 12 Player of the Week Nods
Finnelle earned her second straight goalkeeper of the week award and Hahn captured her second freshman of the week honor this season.
Florida went 2-0 this past week, with home victories over Stetson and Cincinnati, outscoring both teams by a combined 40-6 margin. It was the first time this season the Gators scored 20 goals in back-to-back games, while the two goals allowed against Cincinnati were the least given up since April 28, 2021 against Liberty.
Finnelle posted an .857 save percentage, totaling 12 saves and allowing just two goals across two matches. She recorded eight saves against Cincinnati and four against Stetson. The Deale, Md. native has 67 saves on the season, with a .456 save percentage overall. Finnelle has 32 saves on a .653 save percentage over the last four games.
Hahn registered three goals and six assists this past week, headlined by a five-assist performance against Cincinnati. The Catonsville, Md. native has three games this season with five or more assists, while leading the Gators in points with 71 on 25 goals and 46 assists. Hahn logged her sixth multi-goal game of the season against Stetson with two goals. She has tallied two or more points in all 16 games and has two or more assists in 10 consecutive games.
The fourth-ranked Gators conclude the regular season on Saturday, as they host Arizona State for Senior Day at 10 a.m.
