Four Crimson Tide Football Players Selected on Final Day of 2025 NFL Draft
GREEN BAY, Wis. – The University of Alabama football program had a total of seven former players selected in the 2025 NFL Draft, including four picks across Saturday’s final three rounds.
The Crimson Tide’s group on day three included Malachi Moore (No. 130, New York Jets) and Que Robinson (No. 134, Denver Broncos) in the fourth round, Robbie Ouzts (No. 175, Seattle Seahawks) in the fifth and Tim Smith (No. 190, Indianapolis Colts), who heard his name called in the sixth round, as the annual event concluded on Saturday. The foursome joined Tyler Booker (No. 12, Dallas Cowboys), Jihaad Campbell (No. 31, Philadelphia Eagles) and Jalen Milroe (No. 92, Seattle Seahawks) as part of the Tide’s seven-man 2025 NFL Draft class.

Malachi Moore, Defensive Back (No. 130 | New York Jets)
A two-time permanent team captain, Moore spent five seasons with the Crimson Tide and played in 64 career games with 45 starts. He accumulated 214 career tackles, including 15.5 for loss (-42 yards) and 2.5 sacks (-15 yards). The Trussville native also picked off seven passes, had 25 career breakups and forced three fumbles while recovering two. An All-American and All-SEC honoree in 2024, Moore started 12 games and tallied 70 tackles, including three for loss (-6 yards) and one sack (-3 yards). He also contributed two forced fumbles, three quarterback hurries, eight pass breakups and a pair of interceptions in his final season. Moore started 13 games in 2023, recording 52 tackles, including five for loss (-13 yards), to go with five pass breakups, one interception and a quarterback pressure. He played in 39 games with 21 starts across his first three seasons in Tuscaloosa. During that span, he totaled 92 tackles and four interceptions, highlighted by a Freshman All-America and All-SEC campaign. In that 2020 season, Moore led the Tide defense with four turnovers, including one fumble recovery and a team-high three interceptions. He also registered six pass breakups and two quarterback pressures to go with his 44 total tackles.
Que Robinson, Linebacker (No. 134 | Denver Broncos)
Robinson was a consistent contributor on special teams before earning significant playing time as a starter off the edge in 2024. He played in 43 career games with five starts and recorded 54 total tackles, including 10 for loss (-60 yards) and six sacks (-49 yards). Robinson also notched eight quarterback hurries, two fumble recoveries and forced one fumble across his five seasons. A veteran leader on the 2024 defense, Robinson totaled 23 tackles, including a team-leading seven for loss (-40 yards) and four sacks (-34 yards), prior to a season-ending injury at LSU. He also contributed six quarterback pressures, a forced fumble and one fumble recovery in nine games of action with five starts in his final season at the Capstone. In 2023, Robinson posted 24 tackles, including 2.5 for loss (-17 yards) and 1.5 sacks (-12 yards), to go with two quarterback hurries and a fumble recovery. He expanded his role on defense while continuing to contribute on special teams in 2022, working in all 13 games with seven tackles and half a sack (-3 yards). Robinson got his first action in 2021, playing in seven games as a redshirt freshman after not seeing time in the 2020 campaign.
Robbie Ouzts, Tight End (No. 175 | Seattle Seahawks)
A versatile tight end, Ouzts played in 51 career games with 16 starts for Alabama. He totaled 16 receptions for 192 yards and three scores while helping to block for some of the nation’s most productive backfields. As a senior, Ouzts caught eight passes for 108 yards and two touchdowns across 13 games of action with six starts, improving on his junior season that saw him finish with three catches for 33 yards and a score. In 2022, Ouzts hauled in four catches for 43 yards across 13 games with three starts to his name. As a freshman, he saw time in 11 contests and made one catch for an eight-yard gain.
Tim Smith, Defensive Lineman (No. 190 | Indianapolis Colts)
One of the most consistent contributors along the defensive front, Smith played in 65 career games with 32 starts in five seasons at Alabama. He put together his best effort in 2024, starting all 13 games and accumulating 35 tackles, including 3.5 for loss (-10 yards) and two sacks (-9 yards), to go with five quarterback hurries, a fumble recovery and one pass breakup. The 2023 season saw Smith play in 14 games with 10 starts, recording 31 tackles and two sacks (-7 yards) to go with one quarterback pressure. In 2022, the Gifford, Fla., native appeared in all 13 games with seven starts, producing 20 tackles, including two for loss (-6 yards) and one sack (-4 yards). Smith contributed in all 15 games as a sophomore, starting two, and tallied 24 stops, including four for loss (-8 yards) and half a sack (-1 yard), to go with a pass breakup. His first collegiate campaign in 2020 saw Smith work in 10 matchups, recording 14 tackles with 2.5 for loss (-10 yards) and one sack (-8 yards). He also registered one quarterback hurry, a forced fumble and two fumble recoveries during his true freshman season.
