A Bid Closing and Public Opening for RFP 25-05 – Comprehensive Paid Parking Management and Enforcement Solutions will be held at 3:00 PM on Monday, March 10, 2025, at the Office of Central Purchasing, located at 176 Montgomery Circle, DeFuniak Springs, FL. All proposals submitted for this RFP will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time.

Additionally, a Review Committee Ranking Meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at the same location to evaluate and rank the submitted proposals. If necessary, proposer interviews will be conducted on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 3:00 PM.

In accordance with Section 286.26, Florida Statutes, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this meeting due to a disability should submit a written request at least 48 hours prior to the meeting to the Office of Central Purchasing.

In accordance with Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, all persons are advised that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the board, agency, or commission concerning any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, they will need a record of the proceedings. For such purposes, they may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
