TUSCALOOSA, Ala. –– Alabama soccer’s Nadia Ramadan has been invited to compete with the Egyptian National Team in a pair of friendlies this month.

The UA sophomore is set to play Jordan on April 4 and 8 in Cairo, Egypt. The friendlies will serve as preparation for the Egyptian National Team’s African Cup of Nations qualification final against Ghana later in the year.

• Concluded her second year with the Tide last fall, ranking second on the team in points (19) and goals (7)
• Tied as the team assists leader with five
• Recorded a five-point game against Florida Atlantic, notching a brace and an assist
• Scored a goal in both of the Tide’s Southeastern Conference Tournament matches
